RELEASE JUDGMENT Judgment creates separation. It creates feelings ranging from worthlessness to narcissistic grandiosity. A judgmental nature often stems from trauma leading to low self-esteem. This foundation makes it difficult for one to have healthy love for self and others. Life becomes burdensome and lack of trust abounds, thus isolating oneself even more. We talk about having unconditional love for people. That can be hard, especially with those who have harmed us. I resonated with the statement "Love is looking for the good in people." Looking at unconditional love through this lens, makes it attainable for me. What are your thoughts on this? How do you express unconditional love?
