Move Beyond Separation

We are all One, individual aspects of the Creator. To move beyond the illusion of separation, allow others to freely be who they choose to be. Look beyond skin color, clothing, behavior and preferences and know we all come from the same Source. Until we do, there will be acts of war, hierarchies and increased separation. It is your choice individually and collectively. It takes honesty and integrity to change one’s self. Look around and pay close attention to what gives you pleasure and what…

In the Moment

It took Joe 30 years of incarceration to begin his awakening. Now he is a shining Light in the "Belly of the Beast." Enjoy a bit of his wisdom below. "I was told long ago that I should take life one day at a time, but as time passed by, I came to realize that I needed to “live life,” not merely “take life.” In order for me to live life, I needed to live one moment at a time because each moment has the…

Live in the Moment

Live in the moment, for this moment is truly all you have, for all other moments have now faded away. All future moments are simply possible moments, depending on what you choose in this moment. Once you grasp this concept, you will see that you are totally in control of how you feel and that you are the co-creator of the things you wish to experience. When you uncover areas of your life you wish to change, take that moment to find ways to change…

Love Others

A reminder to love others as God loves you! I had another C.O.G. moment yesterday morn as I happily left home to do some shopping. While waiting at the traffic light, a pandhandler with a "Homeless, Need Help" sign walked silently past each car. I was skeptical as to his being homeless... dressed well, ear buds while listening to music, hair looking good, new backpack, well fed. My judgment was that he was likely out looking for funds for his drug habit. As he came…

Morning Message 102421

As I was driving out of the store parking lot this morning, I was distracted by a woman. In the moment that I took to glance back, my van came within a few feet of a man that I had not seen. He raised his fist and with a snarl said, “Thanks for almost running over me.” Granted, my eyes were not where they should have been. Also, the man had plenty of room and was not in the crosswalk. I didn’t even need to…

Morning Message 102221

This morning's light show. Had another awesome, deeply blissful meditation this morning. A few months ago, I asked to be sent a teacher to help me meditate deeper and to know God and my Higher Self more deeply. Paramahansa Yogananda kept coming into my mind in a variety of ways until I realized, he was the answer to my prayer. For anyone serious about awakening more and being disciplined with a "scientific" way or incorporating spirituality, check out the SRF lessons: https://yogananda.org/ Have a blessed…

Attend to Your Needs

When you attend to your needs, your emotions, body and mind work together. When out of balance, it affects others. The importance of setting time aside daily for reflection cannot be overstated. Go within and seek things that are holding you back from your true destiny, a life filled with joy and abundance. Bless your emotions, whether you deem them good or bad, for there is importance and value in each. In your daily reflections, arouse the highly charged emotions that drive you toward fulfilling…

What else is of more importance this day? ~ Rev. Theresa Crabtree

Sunrise Circle

This is what I woke up to. The white was vibrant and the formations went on for miles. The sky was so calm, the formations sat that for at least an hour in the same place. Received some wonderful inspirational ideas as a result. More juicy stuff to come from the Masters! Have a wonder filled week!

Monkey Mind Strategy

I was talking on the phone last night to one of the prison inmates who is part of the new collaboration book I released a few weeks ago. Joe said when he can't stop his mind from going over something over and over and over again, he came up with a way to slow and sometimes stop it. He strategy is to say to himself, "I'll think about that tomorrow." After practicing this for a few weeks, the problem rarely happens anymore. And in many…
