Paradigm Shift

There is always the possibility for a myriad of choices to occur, yet it is the one you focus your mind on that is most likely to manifest. There are often things that manifest in ways you do not desire. There are several reasons why this occurs. Since we live in a world with several billion humans, there will be times when you simply are a receiver of something that was not consciously intended specifically for you. If it is something that goes strongly against your paradigm, you likely will receive warning signs, which we commonly call “red flags.” This could be an intuition on something to say or refrain from saying, There could be a strong urge to do something or go somewhere or perhaps and urge to remain in place.

When a person has a strong foundation built on love, trust, safety and security, they are less likely to block themselves due to fear, anger or bitterness. Thus, the intuition can be relied on more. In every situation, there must be a level of discernment so one isn’t following every thought or whim, but more rooted in making choices that are fruitful.

When you are tuned in and aligned with the Creator’s will for you, the lights come on and the current flows, oftentimes bringing you the answers, gifts and joy you desire. To allow the energy between you to flow freely, you must remove any blocks. When you have fear, negative thinking or disbelief, it is like having the light switch in the “off” position; the flow is blocked. When you release beliefs and habits that keep you in fear and stagnation, it is similar to turning the switch to the “on” position.

How can you keep the flow going? Start your day with prayer, asking for guidance.  Each evening, review your day and begin to consciously make the changes necessary to overcome fears, find hidden beliefs and change undesirable habits. When you have thoughts that are detrimental to your goals, train yourself to refocus your attention. Continue doing these until the change you desire becomes first nature, automatic.

When you find yourself revisiting habits you do not desire, stop and choose again. Although it may seem difficult to do, it really is simple, although it takes perseverance, courage and will power. Although the pruning process may be uncomfortable, the fruit you produce will be well worth the effort to you and to those in your circles.

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”  (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)
