INNER PEACE

Besides breathing and eating, the most important daily activity you can engage in is to spend quiet time going within and connecting with God and your Inner Self. There are also many health benefits associated with daily prayer and reflection.

PHYSICALLY you will experience health benefits as you relax and relieve stress. As you work through problems, you will become better equipped to handle stressors as they emerge.

MENTALLY you will become more alert and focused.

EMOTIONALLY you will begin to balance yourself in all situations, regaining your composure more easily.

SPIRITUALLY reflect upon the beliefs you have blindly taken on, asking God to lead you to the Truth.

Whenever you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, off-center or need clear answers, take time to go within.

Train yourself to instantly go into a relaxed state of consciousness. This comes with practice, but is well worth the effort when it comes to helping you achieve a sense of well-being. One simple method is to breathe in deeply, hold it a few seconds, then exhale deeply. Continue breathing in this manner until you feel calmer.
