I know that it often seems like a situation, feeling, event, or status will last forever. After 71 years of life and my recent spiritual experiences – I can look back and see that life itself is an eye blink. Mindset, emotional attachment, and belief often made any experience I had feel endless. My time in the Army, psych wards, prison, or grinding 12+ workdays in a factory, etc. seemed like they lasted forever when in them. But, looking back I realize that each of these experiences created growth and and expansion to give me the humble, but so much happier life of value and service I have today. The worst moments were the usually the greatest benefit. This too shall pass.
