Here’s a simple meditation called “Hide and Seek.” Close your eyes and count slowly to one hundred, paying attention to each full inbreath and outbreath. ABC Retreat

Treat yourself to a little retreat. It doesn’t take time, money or energy to have a wonderful and relaxing staycation. Choose one of these or something else you prefer and schedule them into your week. If you feel you don’t have time to treat yourself, then begin to weed out things that take you away from your preferred recreational activities.
