Are you ready to transform your life by shedding old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you?
Take several long, deep breaths. Clear your mind of the concerns of the day. Focus on your breath, as you allow your body and mind to relax. Think of something in your life that you would like to shed or change.
If it is a problem you wish to resolve, consider possible solutions. How does it make you feel when this issue comes into your consciousness? What benefit will you receive by not changing this problem? Is it really your problem? Weigh the possible outcomes if you choose to ignore or if you choose to change this issue.
Perhaps a list of the pros and cons would help deepen your insight. Writing helps to de-clutter the mind so you can focus more on possible solutions. Be as objective as possible when creating your list. Remember that it is your fear or ignorance of other possibilities that are most likely to keep you from resolving this issue.
Thus, allow yourself to think “out of the box” as you create a list of possible solutions to make the change. There is no “right” or “wrong” in anything you wish to experience. Choose what makes your heart sing. Ask your Soul, “What is for my highest good and the highest good of all involved?” Watch and listen for the clues. Then follow through.

This is right on time! A consistent piece of advice I’ve been hearing is change and I’ve been seeking within on guidance how to actually do that. It hasn’t been entirely clear on what I can do to consciously change my negative patterns. This makes complete sense and is something I will utilize time and time again. We are creators and the only time you can create anything is in the current moment. So, the transformation comes when you pay attention to your thoughts, words and behaviors… and immediately change anything that is not the true you and choose something more inspiring. It gets easier the more you do it.
