Greetings Dear Ones,

It is with great love and compassion that we unite with you this day. It is our hope that the bond between us will grow as you become more aware of us and of your True Roots.

Within each and every conscious being on Earth and beyond, in every dimension, dwells an aspect of the Source of all. This aspect is all Divine Love and is not only one’s birthright, it IS you. It is the core of you. There is nothing else that it is not.

Yet, while in human and other forms, the gift of free will has been expressed in ways that eventually, the “string” of energy this is you can become partially or wholly blocked from this inner “flame.” When we say “string,” what we are referring to is all of the manifestations created by your “Higher Self.” All of those experiences you have had in a multitude of “lifetimes” in physical and non-physical form are stored within your energy field. You do have the ability to access these files, when you realize you have the key to unlock and access them.

One can go to the “Akashic Records” and find information about themselves and others. Yet, you need only go within to access your own records. This is why hypnosis and past life regressions works. That information is stored within your energy field, but the human that is you may not recall how to access it. Most don’t know they even have this ability.

However, those who have embraced meditation are more likely to stumble upon or discover what they are seeking. We often hear others say they don’t have time to meditate or that they don’t know how to meditate. But this is a gross misunderstanding of what meditation is and many are getting off track by listening to what others say, especially those who tout their way to meditate is the only way. Beware of these teachers.

Meditation is truly a natural part of life. There is not one human on Earth who doesn’t sleep. There is not one who does not daydream. There is not one who receives insights while doing mundane chores. There is not one who regularly walks in silence in nature who does not receive creative thoughts. Meditation is simply relaxing the mind and not being focused on things outside oneself. Thus, you meditate every day without even consciously trying to.

However, those who consciously set time aside while their minds are calm, then seek within for answers, are more likely to receive useful insights. This is the form of meditation that we highly encourage you to engage in more. Start your day with a short meditation or quiet time focusing on gratitude. While in the bathroom preparing for the day, send your body thoughts of love. Look at your eyes in the mirror and send yourself thoughts of love and worthiness. These are all forms of meditation in which have taken your mind off of the busy-ness of the day and consciously focused on one thing.

As you prepare meals, bless the food. Bless the people that grew, processed, transported and sold the food. Many hands went into just one item on the table. And have you considered blessing the tree and all those involved in that table or other furniture? Those are gratitude meditations expressed while you are alert, in the moment.

As you drive or ride to your place of employment or running errands, consciously send love to those you pass in their vehicles, in the buildings, and the pedestrians. It takes no extra time, but this is an expansion of love meditation while doing something mundane.

Before you go to sleep, take time again to express gratitude, even for the things that were unpleasant, because they offer the benefit of helping you to practice more and awaken further. When all is going well in one’s life, there is little effort or concern about being a better person or awakening more. Humans tend to get lazy and spend their time in recreation or mundane things. There is nothing wrong with this, but it is known that stress is a wonderful motivator. Balance in all things is a good goal to achieve.

Another important meditation practice is to review the day. Celebrate your good choices. Come up with solutions for the choices you were not happy with. This meditation keeps you alert, with your mind focused on the task. We share these to point out that you do not have to be in a lotus position in order to do great inner work.

Meditation comes in all forms and is already a natural part of your life. How you do it, when you do it, what your purpose is, how mindfully you choose your thoughts, all of these are up to you. We simply encourage you to live more mindfully, more consciously, and with a good blend of reviewing the past, prepping for the future and making conscious choices in the current moment.

Most humans on Earth are not living mindfully. Most blindly follow blind leaders who do not have Divine Love and world peace as their goal. Rather than condemn them, pray for them to awaken their hearts and their minds. This is one of the most important functions for every “Lightworker” who has chosen to incarnate at this time.

Remember, “peace begins within.” There will not be peace on Earth until those who are awakening have peace within. When you have peace within, then that peace will expand to others. Conversely, if you do not have peace within, that unrest will expand to others. The choice is yours. Some have harder and longer roads to walk to find inner peace. But we assure that if you are diligent and within each moment mindfully choose to take the next step on the peaceful path, it will get easier and you will have much more value in the overall goal of expression of Divine Love, resulting in peace on Earth.
