Greetings Dear Ones,

We are happy to be of service as you go through your “growing pains” and to share those moments of bliss, that seem all too fleeting. We assure you that the more effort you place on detaching from earthly matters, the easier you will find it to flow with your passions.

Many of you do not even know what your passions are in this moment. If that is true for you, it is not something to be concerned about. For what is more important is compassion, caring about the feelings and experiences of others, both what is perceived as good as well as bad. For even the bad has blessings.

When one can keep their focus on the Big Picture, that all is well, it is easier to navigate the pitfalls during your human experience. When you can stop yourself when the monkey mind goes crazy, then it is easier to get grounded back and refocused into the current moment.

The past is done, you cannot undo anything. But you can look at what you consider to be mistakes or bad choices from various perspectives, finding the lessons and blessings in each.

The future is mostly beyond your control, for there are so many variances. The good news is there are many possible opportunities, many which may not currently be known to you.

We know that you understand the importance of daily meditation, daily review and offering gratitude. It is our sincere hope that you also desire these things in order to advance in spiritual understanding.

As you are aware, the ability to create your reality will only happen in the current moment. Take a few moments right now. List up to 10 things that are keeping you distracted from spending adequate time in daily meditation, daily review and offering gratitude.

If there is anything on that list, then take a few moments to see what you are doing with your time that you can let go of in order to make time for daily meditation, daily review and expressions of gratitude.

Now take a few moments to list up to ten things in your life where you feel off balance. This could include financial difficulties, relationship problems, health issues for yourself or others, concerns about the state of the world… whatever is most pressing on your heart at this time.

Once you have compiled your list, then take a few moments with one listed item at a time.

For example, let’s say that your rent is past due and you don’t have the money right now to pay it. Sit with that for a few moments. In this very moment are you in a place out of the elements? Do you have a place to sit or sleep in this moment? Feel gratitude for what you do have. Right now, with this issue, you are doing alright. Sit with this feeling that all is okay in this moment until you feel yourself relax. Then take in a few more deep breaths and express gratitude for what you do have in this moment.

Ask for guidance on how best to receive what you need to pay your rent. Think out of the box. Try not to let fear and uneasiness cloud your mind. Using your senses, visualize the bills being paid. Be ready to take action, even if it means going beyond your comfort zone.

Before you begin with your first item, take several deep breaths in and out until you feel calm. Focus on your item of concern, using the previous two paragraphs as your template.

Do this activity with each item on your list. Anytime you start feeling off balance, take more deep breaths and relax into the moment. Know that right now, everything is alright. We are including the following Bible verses to offer you comfort whenever earthly worries begin to rob your happiness, joy and inner peace.

There is much in the world that you have no control over. Pray for those people and those issues. Then refocus your attention on the things you can do to improve your life or assist others who come to you. Let the rest fall away. Be in the world, not attached to the world, for all things on earth are temporary and will fade away the moment you take your last breath.

Matthew 6: 25- 34

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Know that you are never alone. Be sure to keep your mind free from clutter and the door to your heart open so that we can commune on the deepest level possible. Keep your focus on being the best ambassador of Divine Love and expect miracles.

We love you beyond measure. Always, all ways.
