Message from the Masters
Full Moon Celestial Gathering

Greetings Dear Ones,
We again are excited to meet with you on a more conscious level. As we begin this new cycle of the moon, we encourage you, like the full moon, to shine your light within. We offer you an exercise that you might find to be of value. Make it fun and enjoy the experience.
Before you begin, take several deep breaths in and out to relax your body and mind. Then call in your Higher Self and personal spirit team. Ask them to help you find blocked energy that is keeping you from being at your best.
Now, imagine you are holding a lit flashlight. It may help to do this exercise in a dark room or with a blindfold on. If you have difficulty with visualizations, you can choose to hold a physical flashlight or a substitute item in your hand. There is no right or wrong way to do this exercise.
The goal is to go through every section of your physical body and auric field, searching for energetic and physical blockages. You may choose to do a quick scan, then come back to areas that feel blocked. You can also take notes or make an outline of a human form and mark any spots that you feel need attention at a later time. Follow your intuition.
You may want to start from head to toe or vice versa. If you have any area of your body that is bothering you, perhaps you will choose to start there. You may feel an intuition on where to start and when to stop with each session that you do this.
The goal is to shine your etheric flashlight and look for areas that are blocked. Those in your body may already be showing up with some sort of physical dis-ease. Don’t forget to shine your light in the auric shield that extends about 3 feet out from your body in all directions. Before most physical dis-ease manifests, blocked energies often starts in one’s auric shield from accumulated thoughts, fears, limiting beliefs and unresolved emotions from trauma.
When you find an area that feels off balance, imagine pressing a button on your flashlight that creates an emerald green light. This is one color for healing. If you feel a strong inclination to use another color or blast it with sound from your flashlight, then do so. Or you can also choose to hum or chant a sound, focusing on the blocked energy.
Ask to be shown how the blockage came to be there. If you receive a response, then do what is needed to release that fear, belief or emotion. Symbols, emotions, memories may surface. Heal them as they arise and let that energy release. While you shine the colored light on the area, focus on the clear intention that this blocked energy is dissolving.
Amp up love in your heart region and willfully push the energy of love up to the shoulder of the arm that is holding the flashlight. Then direct that flow of love down your arm and through the flashlight. If you choose, press another imaginary button on your flashlight so that it now shines the brightest white light, a symbol of Divine Love. Then express gratitude to that body part for its function. If this is an area that is already physically dis-eased or painful, then each day you can send it more love and the white light of Divine Love.
Continue repeating this activity for as long as you desire, looking for other areas of blockage. You may say to yourself, I don’t have time to do this. If so, we encourage you to consider doing this instead of some other mindless activity that may be sapping your energy and time… or creating more blocks. You can spend five minutes or hours at time, whatever you desire. What else is of more importance than clearing your body, mind and soul from blocked energies, then flooding it with Divine Love?
