Message from the Masters

Greetings Dear Ones,
Here we are, beginning another season around the sun. What are your goals for the next three months? Have you a plan set in place? What are your highest priorities? Perhaps you can list them under the following categories: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. What would you like to experience in each aspect of your life?
One can go through life with no plans. However, having some direction does have value. Going within each morning will help you to keep on track. Asking your Higher Self what it would like to experience is one way to keep the flow going smoothly.
Each evening, review your day. Did you stay on track? Are there some areas where you fell short of your goal? Develop a plan so that you can do better the next time a similar situation arises.
During the day, express gratitude for even the smallest blessings. It wasn’t that long ago that many were offering prayers of gratitude just for a single roll of toilet paper. Develop a sense of gratitude for all things, including those that are difficult. For each has lessons and offers opportunities for further growth.
We encourage you to incorporate these suggestions each day of this new season. Soon, they will become a natural part of your daily routine. With diligence you will see many changes happening within you. That will create a ripple effect and you will find that the way you relate with others will also change.
Go within and connect with God each morning and each evening. No gratitude offered to the one who created you will leave you feeling a bit empty, like something is missing in your life. Consider how you feel when you do something for another and they express gratitude. It spurs one on to consider doing more acts of love, compassion and kindness. Your God is no different in that respect.
Be blessed and know that you are loved beyond measure.
