Before beginning the mirror meditation, get into a comfortable position. Take a few moments to unwind. Then, deeply and slowly, breathe in and breathe out. Allow your muscles to relax. Mentally push the “off” button on your left-brain and let go of any current concerns.
The goal today is to explore the universe that lies within you. Drift inside these spaces for a while. Notice your heart space. Allow yourself to feel love. Express gratitude for your complex physical body. Be thankful for your mind that is capable of making choices.
Fill your heart with gratitude for all the support you receive from those in the physical realm. Make a Heart Connection with God, the creator of our universe. Feel the connection of your Inner Self, that God flame within you. Bask in the love that returns to you. Attempt to hold onto this feeling of love throughout the day.
Whenever you are in front of a mirror, spend a few moments gazing into your eyes. Send love to yourself. Thank the Creator for allowing you to exist and remember that you are loved beyond measure. Allow yourself to receive His gift of love in return. Feel the warmth it gives you. Anchor and expand that love to others each day. You are a human BEing, so train yourself to BE love and remember that from God’s perspective you are His BEloved. Just BEEEEEE as you walk your journey, adding love in each step. Anxiety, depression, negative thinking… all will Begin to melt away.
