What strategies would you offer someone who is having a panic attack?
(Assuming you’re certain it’s not a heart attack!)

    The best thing that helps me is distraction, start trying to do something or have someone talk to you even about something mundane and then you talk back and then before you know it the panic attack is averted .. 🌼💛🌼
