Daily Exercises

Greetings Dear Ones,

We are ever grateful for this time with you. Do know that at anytime you can call upon us for Guidance or for an astral hug. We love you dearly and enjoy any moments in which you commune with us.

We have some exercises for you today. We encourage you to begin each morning in a meditative state. Fill up your being with gratitude and as much love as you can muster. Visualize Divine Love flowing into you, expand it around your body and energy field. Then release it to flow out from you in all directions, giving anyone who encounters it a bubble of love. You can direct the energy to be used for healing the planet, the inhabitants, someone you are concerned with or just let it flow.

Each evening, do the same. In addition, spend several moments reflecting upon your day. Feel gratitude and self-love for all the little successes in which you expressed kindness and goodness. Reflect upon any moments in which you were engaged in thoughts, words or actions that were non-beneficial to you or others. Do not spend a moment berating yourself. Rather, use this as a springboard as you make a conscious decision to respond in a more uplifting manner the next time a similar situation arises (and it will until you have released the underlying cause of the unrest).

With these simple exercises, repeated daily, you will quickly learn to let go of many of the things that currently burden you.

Pay wise attention to where you focus your intention. Monitor your thoughts more consciously, using the THINK acronym. Is it True? Honest? All about I,I,I ego? Is it Necessary? Is it Kind?

The more time you spend in meditation, the more you will gain inner peace, clarity and union with the Source of All, with us and with your own Spirit Team. There is nothing more important to do with your time. If you are having a hard time stilling your mind, then practice meditation with a focus on one point. Focusing on the point between your eyebrows is a great start. You can also begin by focusing on something such as a lit candle or a singular point on a wall or mandala that is straight in front of you. Each time your mind wanders, bring your focus back to the focal point. During this time also focus attention on your breath as you inhale and exhale in a natural manner.

If your goal is to move forward on your spiritual path, learning to control your thoughts and attention is a must. Then, no matter what situation arises or comes to your attention, you will be able to center and ground yourself. There is much chaos in the world today. Yet, be in the world and not of the world. Keep your focus on the transitory nature of your current life. Know that in the Big Picture, all is well. If one does not meet their expectations in this life, then they will die and have the opportunity to return anew. It truly is that simple and “mundane.” You are one of the few on earth who is consciously aware that in each moment, you can make a choice that keeps you locked in the mundane or moves you toward more everlasting joy and bliss.

Here is another exercise. Visualize yourself at the steps of the Pearly Gates after your physical death. Make a list of all of the distractions and attachments to people, places, events, unfinished business and anything else that would stop you from entering the gates and pull you back into another human incarnation. Then use these as your guidepost during meditation, asking for our help in showing you how to release these distractions. Then, one by one begin to release what no longer serves you.

Know that you are loved beyond measure.

Be love always, all ways.
