  2. deep breathing, calming awareness to become be in the present, exercise, diet changes, drink more water

  3. a quick inhalation of lavender essential oil or Rosemary is an immediate brain shift for me.
    Going out on the land, especially in the forest or at the water’s edge and connecting with
    the animals and benevolent spirits there, offering them my singing prayers and love is always
    An immediate stress reducer!
    Connecting, opening, trusting the process allows for magical healing and
    wondrous possibilities…..
